At Instant Printing, we pride ourselves on speed and quality. Because we make everything to order, our delivery times include Production Time + Courier Time.

1. Mainland UK Delivery

(England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands)

We offer three simple tiers based on how quickly you need your order and the size of the item.

Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)

  • Letters / Prints: £2.95

  • Small Canvases & Gifts: £4.95

  • Large / Oversize Items: £14.95

  • Includes tracking via Royal Mail or Courier.

Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days)

  • Letters / Prints: £6.95

  • Small Canvases & Gifts: £9.95

  • Large / Oversize Items: £24.95

  • Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day dispatch.

Free Delivery

  • Orders over £85.00: FREE Standard Delivery.

2. Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

(Includes NI, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles)

We deliver to every corner of the UK! However, due to courier surcharges, shipping rates are higher for these locations, and Express Delivery / Free Shipping is not available.

Standard Delivery Only (3-7 Working Days)

  • Letters / Prints: £3.95

  • Small Canvases & Gifts: £5.95

  • Large / Oversize Items: £29.95

  • Please allow extra time for delivery to remote islands.

  • Islands: IM (Isle of Man), TR21-25 (Scilly), GY/JE (Channel Islands), PO30-41 (Isle of Wight)

3. Production Times: Where is my order coming from?

  • Small Items (Maidstone Cabins): Most small canvases (up to 16″x16″), mugs, and prints are produced in our Maidstone location. These are often ready within 24 hours.

  • Large Items (Ramsgate Workshop): Large canvases (20″x20″ and up) are hand-stretched at our specialist workshop in Ramsgate. These require additional drying and finishing time, which is why we recommend allowing 3-5 days for delivery.

4. Click & Collect

Live nearby? Save on shipping by collecting your order for free.

  • Location: Various Locations.

  • Cost: FREE.

  • Notification: We will email or text you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Important Notes

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Oversize Items: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the largest item in your basket.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched
