Our promise to you

Thank you for shopping at Instant Printing.

Because every product we create is custom-made and personalized just for you, our returns policy is a little different from a standard high street shop.

1. Personalized Items

As your item is printed specifically with your personal photos and text, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item after it has been printed.

  • Customer Errors: Spelling mistakes, typos, or wrong dates entered during the design process.

  • Image Quality: If you upload a low-quality, dark, or blurry image. (Please double-check your design in the preview tool before placing your order!)

 
2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If we made a mistake, or if your item arrives damaged, we will absolutely fix it. You are entitled to a free replacement or a refund if:

  • The product arrives broken or damaged in the post.

  • There is a clear manufacturing fault (e.g., loose canvas, ink defects).

  • We sent you the wrong size or product.

 

3. How to Return a Faulty Item

If your item is faulty, please contact us before sending it back. In many cases, a photo of the damage is enough for us to send a replacement.
