Ordering & Photos
How do I get my photo to you?
Online: Simply upload your photo on the product page before you add to basket.
In-Store: We can take photos from your phone (Bluetooth/AirDrop), USB stick, memory card, or even scan a physical photo.
Can I use photos from Facebook or Instagram?
Yes. However, please be aware that social media apps often “compress” images, making them smaller. We will check the quality before we print to make sure it won’t look blurry.
My photo is on my phone – is that okay?
Absolutely. Modern smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel) take incredible photos that can easily be blown up to 30″ or 40″ canvases.
Can you repair or restore old photos?
Yes. If you have an old, torn, or faded photograph, bring it to our cabin. We can scan it, digitally repair the scratches/tears, and print a fresh copy without harming the original.
Can you remove red-eye or date stamps?
Yes. We offer a full “Photoshop Service.” We can remove red-eye, date stamps, and even distracting background objects. Just ask a member of staff.
Can you turn my photo Black & White?
Yes. You can usually do this yourself in our online design tool, or we can do it for you in-store for free.
What if my image is low quality?
If your image is too small or blurry, our system will usually warn you. If you are in-store, our staff will check the image on our monitors and advise you on the maximum size it can be printed before it loses quality.
Materials/Delivery
What depth are your frames?
We use solid pine frames with a standard 18mm depth.
Sleek Profile: This depth is lightweight and sits neatly against the wall without protruding too much.
Easy to Frame: Because they are 18mm (standard depth), you can easily place your canvas inside a traditional picture frame later if you want to change the look.
What material is the canvas?
We use a 280gsm bright white Polyester canvas. It is water-resistant, stretchable, and designed specifically to hold ink without fading.
Are the frames solid wood?
Yes. We use kiln-dried solid pine stretcher bars. “Kiln-dried” means they have low moisture, so they won’t warp or twist over time.
Do I need a hanging kit?
No, you don’t need a complicated kit. Our canvases are lightweight and designed to be easy to hang. You have two simple options:
Command Strips (Recommended): Because our frames are light and have a flat back, we highly recommend using 3M Command™ Canvas Hangers. They hold the canvas securely and remove without damaging your paintwork.
Standard Nail: Alternatively, you can simply rest the top bar of the wooden frame over a standard nail or screw in your wall. The canvas will sit flush against the wall for a clean look.
Is the ink waterproof?
We use professional Epson Ultrachrome inks which are fade-resistant and splash-proof. You can lightly dust them with a damp cloth without damaging the print.
What sizes do you do?
We stock all standard UK sizes, including:
Square: 12×12, 16×16, 20×20.
Rectangle: 16×12, 20×16, 30×20, 40×30.
Panoramic: We can also do custom sizes—just ask!
How long does it take in-store?
We pride ourselves on our 30-minute turnaround.
If we aren’t busy, we can print and frame your canvas while you wait.
At peak times (like Christmas), it may take up to an hour.
How long is delivery?
Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery: Next working day (if ordered before 2pm).
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes! Order online and select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will email you (usually within an hour) when your order is ready to collect from Maidstone, Ramsgate, or any of our current cabins.
What is your Returns Policy?
Because every canvas is custom-made with your personal photo, we cannot refund you if you simply change your mind. However, if the item is faulty or damaged in the post, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
